The discussion paper has been developed by the Environmental Sustainability Strategy Stakeholder Reference Committee (SRC) whom is endorsed by Council to develop the Greater Shepparton Environmental Sustainability Strategy. The contents of this discussion paper have been collated from relevant literature reviews, discussions held in SRC meetings, and responses to internal staff and community environmental sustainability surveys.
